SUB: Resolution for the 54^th Rotary Conference

Dear Sir,

Rotary Club Of Ramdurg in its regular weekly meetings held on 15^th Nov 2012 has resolved to move the following resolution at the ensuring 54^th R.I.District 3170 conference to be held at Margoa, Goa from 1^st to 3^rd Feb, 2013.

Resolution

The 54^th District conference of R.I District 3170 held at Margao, Goa from 1^st to 3^rd Feb,2013hereby resolves to adopt the abuse & Harassment Prevention of Youth policy for participation in the youth Exchange Program of the Rotary International.

Purpose : The Dist 3170 is unable to participate in international youth exchange Program as the dist has not adopted the abuse & Harassment Prevention of youth as per the directive Rotary International.

You are requested ti allow us move the resolution.
