Resolution regarding the opening of accounts for DGE regarding District Directory A/c, District Fund A/c and TRF A/c as the Nationalised banks make it difficult with Know Your Customer to get all details. RISAO doesnt give any letter nor does the RI.

Preamble:-

The RI Dist. 3170 operates several accounts where in the DG along with the Dist. Treasurer operates the accounts and for the TRF A/c ,it is the Dist. Treasurer, DG and the DRFC. However with the new banking rules and Know your Customer, Nationalised banks do not permit to open the accounts. RISAo doesn’t give any letter and so also RI. We need to incorporate in the Dist. By Laws to make it smoother and easier and legitimate for the DG to open the Accounts.

RESOLUTION:- Rotary Club of Cuncolim moves that the RI Dist. 3170 permits the DG to open

1. RI District 3170 Directory A/c (Year to be mentioned) to be operated by DG and the Dist. Treasurer

2. RI District 3170 Dist. Fund A/c (year to be mentioned) to be operated by DG and the Dist. Treasurer

3. RI District 3170 TRF A/c (year to be mentioned) to be operated by DG, DRFC and Dist. Treasurer operated by any two of the three with DG being compulsory signatory.
