Note :

To Delegates :-

1. Please report at 4-25pm on 30-6-12. Please maintain timings for the meals strictly.

2. Dinner on 30-6-12 will be stopped by 11-30pm. Lunch on 1-7-12 will be from 1-30pm to 3pm.

3. Music in the fellowship pandal will be stopped by 10-30pm by law.
For collecting Registrations:

4. Clubs starting with alphabet A to Haveri will be in Group -1

5. Clubs starting with alphabet “H” from Honnavar to Margao MT will be in Group -2

6. Clubs starting with alphabet “M” Miraj to “Y” will be in Group -3

Group Discussions:

1. Groups will be decided on by Asst. Dist. Trainer. Group Discussions will last for 30 Mins.

2. Each Group will have a Facilitator, Reporter and Counselor.

3. Each of the reporters will present the group views in 5 minutes only.

Note for Srgt. At Arms:-

1. All delegates to be seated in the Hall 5 minutes before schedule i.e 4-25 pm on 30^th. June 2012.on the first floor

2. All Dist. Srgt. At arms to be present at the start of the Inaugural with their sache. Please do bring it along. Those who did not receive will be given on that day after their presentation only.

3. All Srgt. At arms to do their respective duties assigned to them.

4. Maintaining the decorum of the house, time schedules for starting and concluding each of the session will be seen by the Dist. Srgt at arms.
