As
you may recollect the pilot stipulates a deadline of 30 September for club to
clear all outstanding RI/District/magazine dues. This being the first year of
the pilot we request that clubs in your district be again reminded about this
important provision (and other provisions of the pilot) in order to be eligible
to participate in the DGN elections.
