MG Reporting

Friends,

All reports for MG projects need to be signed by President (yes.. President always means current President)

Please do not send the reports to RF(I) without them being reviewed by someone from the District Grants Committee.

We know that the Primary Contacts are experienced Rotarians, but TRF rules have some new things which they may not know.

In the recent past, we have had 2 clubs withdrawing cash from the project to pay suppliers.. that's strictly not permitted.

For India specific grants.. all original bills/statements need to go to TRF (the undertaking for 8 years is not needed)

All implementation has to be strictly as per the budget submitted when filling the form, no deviation without permission.

Please treat this as important, so that your Club stays update on Reporting requirements. Our District is at a very healthy 86% compliant in July analysis (considering June as a very busy month for RF(I) this is very good and we are surely getting to 100% in a month or so.

Those clubs that have MG projects approved but not yet received the payments, please call me 5pm to 6pm today or tomorrow, so I can follow up with Delhi (they have now started to get free from the year end overload)

Let's get to the highest standards of Stewardship while doing PEACE THROUGH SERVICE.
