I am attaching all the Dist. conference proposals to be
taken up on formatting in parliamentary language at the ensuing Dist,.
Conference.Kindly go through the same and come prepared. There are some
general resolutions on making Vocational awards for Non-Rotarians a
permanent feature and so also the adoption of Awards Manual for Dist.
