If any of the Clubs have any Resolutions that need to be placed for discussion at the Dist. Conference then please do send them to your DG latest by 26th. Nov. 2012 after getting them adopted at the Club BOD Meeting and the Regular Weekly Meeting of the Club. The same will be taken up for preliminary discussions to word them in parliamentary language and thereafter circulated to all the Clubs formally.
These resolutions proposed by the Clubs will be formatted in parliamentary language on 2nd . Dec. 2012 when we have the DGN Selection Meeting at Kolhapur hosted by RC Gargis Kolhapur. Since all the DGNC Members nominated will come for the meeting and if they are not selected to be in the Committee will have to return back we are making it more purposeful by conducting this met. Other members who are versatile with the concerned resolution can also attend the Meeting when we discuss the resolutions.
