Dear prospective TOT Trainers,
We just concluded the first TOTS level-1- and we are on our second round
of training the Trainers.
The session will be held at Inspectorate of factories and boilers,
Altinho, Panaji, Goa.
Dates are 4th,5th and 6th. May 2012. We will start on 4th. May at 5-30pm
and we will wind up as per the agenda attached.
Looking forward for your confirmation at the earliest. The co-ordinator
for the event is Rtn. Kishore Dhume from Rotary Club of Panaji and the host is
Rotary Club of Panaji.
Kindly get in touch with the host while marking a copy to me about your
confirmation at the earliest.
I am attaching the agenda of TOTS Level -1- for your information. Kindly
get in touch with Subash Sajane or Kishore Dhume for your accommodation at
the Training center. We need to stay together as there will be sessions
that you need to prepare for the next day and presentations will be in
Groups.
Please do come on Friday evening so that you can be there for the Inaugural
and the photo which will be printed on the certificate. WE have a tight
packed programme and you need to come prepared with matter which is marked
for the PETS/SETS. Some of you for whom we have not assigned any topic will
be given there itself. It is a must for you to carry the President and
secretary's work book and other literature on Rotary to prepare your
sessions. You may not be given LCD projector, some of you may be given just
the flip charts and you will have to prepare your sessions. Please do bring
in White board markers specially black, blue, red and green. Get a ruler 1
foot long and pencil along with you. Every trainer needs to carry their
requirements along with. However Flip chart papers and tacks will be made
available for you.
We will have Dist. Trainer, DGN1, DGN2, Subash Sajane, Charles Bonifacio
Avelili and another trainer who will be evaluating your performance during
your presentations along with DGE
